Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Discovery Call, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following: Cancellation: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled call. This allows us to offer your slot to another individual on their journey to wellness. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your call up to 12 hours before the appointment time. Simply access your booking confirmation email and follow the link to our scheduling tool to select a new time. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time or failure to attend the call without notice may limit your ability to book future appointments. Preparing for Your Call: Before Your Appointment: Think about what you want to achieve with your health and wellness journey. Feel free to jot down any questions or concerns you have so we can address them during our call. Privacy: Your privacy is paramount. Please ensure you're in a quiet, private space for the call.
